I help people divorce in a calm and respectful way giving special attention to the emotional and financial well-being of the entire family.  My approach is to problem solve, using Mediation, Co-Mediation or Collaborative Process.  Together, we create win-win solutions.  We work on effective communication, complete and transparent information gathering and sharing, option generation, evaluating consequences of potential choices to the end of developing Agreements that work for everyone.  A consultation with me gives you a thorough overview, a context in which to understand what to do and how and when to do what is needed and required.  When you are calm, you are more open to possibilities.  You are more hopeful that you and your spouse can reach enduring Agreements that are good for you, and your children; and that you both will be able to move on with your lives with as little negative fallout as possible.  As needed and requested by clients, I bring in the expertise of other professionals with whom I am associated to help with complex financial and real property issues, child related issues, estate planning concerns, and other needs as they arise.
