We are conveniently located in downtown Birmingham and have the experience necessary to handle your case. Our firm is small in size, which allows us to personally tailor a strategy to each individual client and each case. Excellent client service is our utmost goal, and we work hard everyday to achieve that goal. You will NEVER be considered "just another number" at our firm. You will be treated as is your case is the only case we have, and you will NEVER be asked to pay any fees until everything has been completely explained to your satisfaction at your FREE initial consultation. We also realize that you work for a living and that it might be difficult for you to meet with us during normal business hours to discuss your case. That is why we offer after-hours and weekend appointments for your convenience. We also offer flexible payments terms and accept VISA and Master Card as methods of payment. Some of our recent success stories include: 1. Acquittal of a Mexican-American of a DUI charge because the police officer did not offer to have the Miranda Rights translated for the suspect during the traffic stop. 2. Acquittal in another DUI case because the police officer did not have probable cause to stop the defendant. 3. Court granted visitation rights to a grandmother in Mississippi to see her grandchild, after her son and his wife were divorced, and after her son (and the child's father) deceased. 4. Court granted an appeal in favor of the wife and reversed a Divorce Decree where, in an "uncontested divorce," the husband changed or altered some of the language in the settlement agreement regarding custody and visitation. 5. A client, who formerly lived in New York, was able o obtain a divorce in Alabama after several attempts to obtain one in New York failed due to the defendant avoiding service of process. We were able to find the defendant husband, get him served, and obtain a default judgment on behalf of our client.
