Biography Nicki DiCampli was born and raised in Tucson. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 1993 with Honors and then entered the University of Arizona Law School. While in law school she focused her area of study in family law, clerking for the Domestic Bench and working for Legal Aid in the Domestic Relations Unit. Nicki graduated from law school in 1996. She then clerked for the Presiding Judge of Juvenile Court, the Hon. John F Kelly until 1999. There she learned dependency law as well as juvenile criminal law. Nicki then went to work for the Pima County Attorneys Office from 1999 until 2005. She handled hundreds of cases from DUI, drugs and domestic violence while in the misdemeanor unit and then went to felonies handling cases such as property crimes (i.e. burglary, theft, car theft), DUI, vehicular homicides, violent crimes, domestic violence, child abuse and sex crimes from the indictment stage all the way through the trial and sentencing.
